Here is the the stuff for the dock and the other structures. Blacksmith has been scrapped and going to be redesigned from scratch so it feels like an original building. Hookah lounge is having a bit of a identity crisis, its starting to feel like a .....dock cafe? cuz it helps with the dock sihlouete.
